We had Xander's one year doctor appointment today and:
He weighs 20 pounds 9 ounces
He is 30 inches tall
He also decided on his birthday that it was time to climb the stairs. Up until that point he had shown no interest, we could leave the gate open and he would play at the bottom, but never try to go up. I don't know if it's because he had an audience or he just wanted to do something memorable on his first birthday, but now he is climbing stairs like a pro!
