Happy 2nd Birthday Xander!

Some fun facts about Alexander on his birthday:


• He says "Bless you" when we sneeze
• He loves Elmo (he randomly starts singing the Elmo's world song), Thomas the Train, and he's obsessed with the movie Cars.
• His vocabulary is crazy, he says so many words and I love it!
• He loves spaghetti and is becoming a really great eater.
• He loves music and books.
• Anytime he can "drive" a car he will, that can occupy him for a good thirty minutes (sometimes longer).
• He can count to two, and occasionally three (until recently he counted: one, one, one, one......)
• He loves to help do everything, which is sometimes helpful and sometimes not.
• He loves to play outside and has discovered how to open the front door and escape if we don't keep it locked.

Xander is such a fun boy and every day I am thankful that he blesses our home with his sunshine. He got two birthday parties this year (more pictures of that and family visits to come soon), and is really very spoiled! Here he is with his new favorite place to play (thanks to Daddy and Grandpa Joseph for putting it together). We gave it to him last night and the first thing he said this morning was "Train?"
