Grandma's Visit

My mom came to visit a couple of weeks ago and we had a fun time playing and staying up too late. Grandma Nette got some good Xander time in while Francois and I put up the grid for the drop ceiling in the basement, while I went to cub scout day camp, and while I made good progress on my purse (see here if you missed that post). Here are a few pictures of our good times!

Xander loves glasses (he's always trying to get mine) and he tried out some of grandma's reading glasses, and of course he had to play with her phone too!

We went to the splash park in Rexburg and had lots of fun playing in the water.

But it was only in the high 70's with a bit of wind so Xander had to keep snuggling in his towel because he was cold. Gotta love those shades!

Xander didn't really like the moving horse, so......

We ended Grandma's trip with a visit to the zoo.

These monkeys were so cute sitting by each other in the window and it gave Xander a nice close-up look.
